Kris serves as Senior Project Manager at DMV General Contracting Group, bringing more than 16 years of construction industry experience with a strong focus on project management and residential remodeling. She oversees projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring each phase is executed with precision, transparency, and accountability.

Her expertise spans both the administrative and operational sides of construction, including client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and comprehensive project organization. Kris is known for maintaining clear and consistent communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, helping projects stay on schedule and within scope.
